No. Most of our retreats are designed to welcome all levels, from complete beginners to advanced practitioners. The teaching adapts to the individual within the structure of the group program. If you have specific limitations or conditions, mention them in your enquiry so we can advise accurately.

We love animals, but for the wellbeing of all guests and the natural surroundings, we are unable to accommodate pets at the retreat. We appreciate your understanding.

Comfortable, loose-fitting clothing for practice, a light shawl or wrap for early mornings, personal care items, and an open mind. We will send a detailed packing list once your booking is confirmed.
