Swami Sant Prakash
Yoga and Philosophy Teacher
Specialisations
Swami Sant Prakash hails from a remote village in Bihar. Literate in Sanskrit from an early age, he was drawn to Indian history and philosophy and pursued a Bachelor of Arts with Honours in History.
In 2006 he enrolled in the Bihar School of Yoga to pursue formal education in Yogic Science, one of the most rigorous yoga institutions in the world. Over eight years, he trained intensively under the guidance of his guru, gaining deep knowledge in asana, pranayama, meditation, and the philosophical foundations of the tradition.
From 2012 through 2014, Swami Sant Prakash conducted public and private lectures across major pilgrimage sites in India and Nepal, disseminating the tenets of yoga and philosophy while incorporating interfaith perspectives.
He continues his daily sadhana, teaches meditation, and conducts satsangs at various ashrams and institutions in Rishikesh. His teaching style is precise, grounded, and deeply human.
Dr. Nonah Khanna
Psychotherapist, Holistic Healer, and Reiki Grandmaster
Specialisations
Dr. Nonah Khanna is an academician, author, artist, and healer whose practice spans more than two decades. A Psychotherapist and Reiki Grandmaster, she has devoted her professional life to the integration of modern psychological understanding with the ancient healing technologies of India.
Her mastery extends across a wide range of disciplines: Colour Therapy, Angel Healing, Pranic Healing, Tarot, Chakra and Aura Cleansing, Soul Healing, and Karmic Healing. She holds a Visharath in Astrology and is certified in Acupressure and Sujok.
With over 23 years of full-time practice, Dr. Khanna currently works with clients in Noida, Delhi, Punjab, and Vancouver, Canada.
