The voice that exists before thought.

Antardhwani means the inner sound. In Sanskrit, it refers to the voice that exists before thought, beneath language, behind the performance of daily identity. Most of us have not heard it clearly in years.

This retreat was designed around a single recognition: that in today's world, we are submerged in sound. Notifications, opinions, urgencies, and the relentless internal commentary that accompanies all of it. Antardhwani is not about escaping that noise. It is about developing the inner hearing that no amount of external quiet can provide.

The program draws from Hatha yoga for the body, Jnana yoga for the mind, and Bhakti yoga for the heart. All three are needed. The retreat works on all three simultaneously.
